Inside Sales Representative

Job Description
Our client in the tool wholesale industry in Scarborough, ON (Markham/Steels) is seeking an Inside Sales person to work in their showroom to manage customer flow and incoming business. If you have industry experience selling tools within the construction and renovation industry and are looking for a change, then look no further, this role was created for you.

- manage the incoming traffic in the 10,000 square foot showroom
- responsible for managing incoming sales and providing quotes for supplies requested
- managing stock and inventory levels
- monitor incoming emails from new customers and existing contractors
- manage walk-ins and orders requested
- reconnect with existing customers to review outstanding orders
- minimum 3 years of industry experience selling tools in a retail environment
- great communicator and collaborator
- ability to utilize internal sales system
- driver personality to increase sales and hit sales targets
