Lewis Instruments is an industry-leading distributor and supplier of surveying, engineering, and construction equipment throughout Saskatchewan, Manitoba, and Northwest Ontario. We carry a wide variety of products including GNSS systems, Machine Control systems, 3D laser scanners, UAVs, Wide Format Plotters, and daily consumables.

Your opportunities:

Lewis Instruments ltd is seeking a new team member in Saskatoon, SK to work as an Inside Sales Representative. You will be responsible for assisting the office manager with duties, selling products over the phone and in person, and helping build and maintain client relationships through superior customer service and support.

Your Responsibilities:

Become generally knowledgeable across our diverse product lines

Deliver outstanding customer service to walk-in customers, answering phone calls, emails, and demands as needed.

Assist clients in selecting the correct supplies, accessories, and equipment for their job/industry

Perform general shipping and receiving duties

Assist printing and reprographics service

Assist store manager to conduct inventory management and office administrative tasks

Work closely with the sales, service, and accounting departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Perform other duties as assigned

Your Qualifications:

Great communication skills and interpersonal skills are required.

Commitment to continuing learning and staying on top of new products, pricing, supply chain issues, and industry trends

Basic math skills required

Must demonstrate initiative, be detail-oriented, and have a commitment to excellent customer service

Prior sales experience would be considered an asset.

Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently. Strong time management skills and demonstrate ability to work with minimal supervision.
