Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic

Inside Sales Representative

to join our growing real estate team. In this role, you will be responsible for nurturing inbound and outbound leads, engaging with potential buyers and sellers, and setting qualified appointments for our lead agent. The ideal candidate has a strong background in sales or customer service, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for helping people navigate one of life's biggest decisions--buying or selling a home.

This is a

100% commission-based

position. There is no base salary. Income is based entirely on performance and closed deals.

Responsibilities

Engage with prospective clients via phone, text, email, and CRM follow-up to understand their goals and timeline. Qualify leads and set appointments for the lead agent by identifying motivation, budget, and readiness. Utilize CRM (Follow Up Boss, etc.) to manage client relationships, track communications, and stay on top of tasks. Maintain a consistent daily rhythm of follow-up calls and nurturing sequences to keep leads engaged. Provide timely, friendly, and professional responses to inquiries to ensure a high-quality client experience. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to execute lead conversion strategies and hit monthly appointment goals.

Experience

Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service (real estate or high-ticket sales a plus). Familiarity with CRM systems (such as Follow Up Boss, Salesforce, or similar) is highly desirable. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Demonstrated ability to build rapport, qualify prospects, and set appointments confidently. Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving performance targets.
