We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Representative, to join our customer service team. We need a collaborator who will provide value-added service by supporting all sales-related functions to our existing customers, and who will help to develop, attract, and service potential customers with equal enthusiasm.
Responsibilities:
-Manage communication with customers utilizing all forms of available media.
-Process customer orders with respect to the clauses of their individual contractual agreement.
-Prepare and process bid requests and follow-ups.
-Keep customers informed by promoting our products to co\xc3\xafncide with their commercial inventory needs.
-Maintain good business relationships with customers and understand their needs and requirements.
-Maintain database of customers accounts.
-Work with other members of the branch to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
-Achieve targets and objectives as determined by Management.
-Other related tasks as needed or assigned.
Knowledge and Skills:
-2 to 5 years or relevant experience in a related field (e.g. experience in an industrial setting or in the field of valves and automation is an asset)
-Fluency with computer software including Microsoft Office Suite (knowledge of SAP an asset)
-Strong interpersonal, communication, time management, and organizational skills.
-Strong sense of urgency and a focus on customer service.
-Ability to juggle multiple tasks and potentially, conflicting deadlines.
-Marked attention to detail.
-A passion for learning and professional development to further your knowledge.
-French and English verbal and written skills required.
