Hexafusion Canada Inc. is seeking Inside Sales professional to actively engage in the growth of existing and new business opportunities. Requirements:

  • Canadian citizen or permanent resident
  • Pass criminal background check
  • Minimum 3 years experience of working in Sales and Marketing
  • Be able to speak in public from time to time during public events, webinars and seminars
  • You must have a high school diploma or college degree
  • You must be available to work full-time from Monday to Friday
  • Work with team and individually
  • Be comfortable making 40-50 outbound sales calls per day
  • Experience in IT and Cyber Security companies is an asset
  • Familiar with bidding
  • Follow up on bid proposals for project awarding and scheduling.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Solid experience in marketing automation and extended experience working in a digital marketing environment
  • Demonstrate ability to close sales and overcome client objections
  • Exceptional analytical skills in quantitative data analysis of program effectiveness, forecasting, KPI and ROI
  • Create a brand strategy and ensure all aspects of the product, marketing and activities align with the nature of the brand and are primarily sales focused
  • Creating presentations, hosting weekly webinars and workshops
  • Highly proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, MS Excel, and Adobe Suite to create presentations and reports, and point of sale materials
  • High proficiency in Google AdWords, Google Analytics, LinkedIn ads, WordPress, Twitter ads, and Facebook ads
  • Demonstrated proficiency in offline marketing channels and traditional advertising
  • Develop high-quality effective marketing materials that align correctly with the overall brand strategy
  • Develop the marketing and pricing strategy for new and existing products
  • Develop new and innovative product ideas based on market analysis
  • Develop sales and marketing strategies to attract new clients
  • Direct, face to face communication with clients through various sales methods
  • Evaluate client\'s needs and recommend relevant services
  • Excellent communication with the ability to build deep relationships across the business
  • Excellent leadership and decision-making skills
  • Experience in implementing marketing best practices and multiple marketing channel execution
  • Implement marketing strategy, including campaigns, events, digital marketing, and PR
  • Manage social media presence and direct programs to improve social media reputation and recognition
  • Should be able to interact with customers face to face in online and in-person events
  • Marketing and selling the products and services to new and existing clients
  • Proven experience in the successful management of marketing teams and programs
Tenders / Bids:
  • Assist sales team in preparation of tender and bid documents
  • Complete details specs as provided by sales team
  • Compile final documents in accordance with submission requirements
  • Ensure bids are delivered on time to the correct address/email/system
  • Oversee bidding process and contract negotiations while adhering to company policies
  • Review quotations and provide bid analysis and recommendations for approval
  • Attend Preconstruction activities including design reviews, tendering, bid levelling and reviews, award meetings and project
  • Follow up on bid proposals for project awarding and scheduling.
Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 3 months Salary: From $15.65 per hour Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
  • Commission pay
