Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for meeting sales targets, nurturing customer relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the branch.Key Responsibilities:- Prioritize customer satisfaction by understanding their needs and effectively communicating product features and benefits.
- Develop a deep understanding of our product line to optimize sales opportunities with each customer interaction.
- Collaborate with the Branch Manager to devise strategic sales approaches.
- Generate and qualify leads, passing on opportunities to Technical Sales Representatives as needed.
- Expand our prospect database and ensure timely follow-up on leads.
- Handle inbound calls, converting prospects into sales and addressing customer inquiries.
- Overcome objections and emphasize product/service value to potential customers.
- Enter and maintain customer data in our corporate database.
- Investigate and resolve customer service issues in a timely manner.Requirements:- 2+ years of experience in sales or telesales, preferably in a customer service or inside sales role.
- Experience in auto or mechanical parts is an important asset for this role
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to build and maintain lasting customer relationships.
- Self-motivated with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
