About Us The DPF Company Inc. is a young, fast-growing national company that specializes in cleaning all kinds of After Treatment filters, from DPF\xe2\x80\x99s, DOC\xe2\x80\x99s, SCR\xe2\x80\x99s, and EGR\xe2\x80\x99s. Not only do we clean filters, but we also do complete restoration and supply of DPF\xe2\x80\x99s and aftermarket parts. We do this across 9 locations in Canada and expanding into the United States. Here is the link to our website showing more of what we do: www.thedpfcompany.com. Purpose/Job Role: Due to expansion, our sales team is looking for a new team member. The Inside Salesperson is on the front line. This person is responsible for a considerable proportion of revenue growth. A suitable candidate is someone who enjoys establishing new connections over the phone, is a fast decision-maker, and is result-driven. Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Pursue new accounts by conducting outbound phone calls to find a potential customer and follow-up calls.
  • Prompt customer quotations.
  • Negotiate opportunities where applicable.
  • Quotation follow-ups and closing.
  • Calendar Management (for the Field Specialist).
  • Email Monitoring & Management (for the Field Specialist).
  • Develop relationships with Customers.
  • Work closely supporting Field Specialists.
  • ARC Report.
  • Maximize F2F time for Field Specialists.
  • Participate in short daily WIP meetings.
  • Participate in weekly meetings with the territory sales lead.
  • Sync Online Set Up / Management for Field Specialists
  • Research projects that fit our strategic goals.
  • Participate in sales and 1:1 meetings.
  • You do not pursue short-term sales results at the expense of longer-term client relationships.
  • Maintain productive and free from conflict relationships with other team members.
  • All activities are to be conducted in a professional capacity by the DPF Co. Inc.\xe2\x80\x99s standards.
You will also be required to:
  • Participate in short daily WIP meetings
  • Participate in events, tradeshows, and seminars
Required Experience and Skills
  • Strong customer focus
  • Excellent negotiating skills
  • Well-developed computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Knowledge and application of CRM software
  • Knowledge and application of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Self-motivation
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time Salary: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year Benefits:
