Inside Sales Representative Job Summary To actively identify opportunities to introduce the companies\xe2\x80\x99 products, thereby increasing the revenue within each customer\xe2\x80\x99s business portfolio. Normal business hours are Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5 pm. Additional hours as per business requirements- flexibility (including weekends) required with significant time investment during peak periods and when workload necessitates. Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting new customers who have not conducted business with the company in the past.
  • Soliciting new business from current customers that are not assigned to other Account Managers.
  • Develop relationships with assigned customers.
  • Proactively research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
  • Meet and exceed Sales targets.
Qualification Profile:
  • College/ University or equivalent post-Secondary education required.
  • Account Management and/or Inside Sales experience is mandatory.
  • 3 to 5 years sales experience.
Knowledge and skills:
  • Track record of over-achieving targets and quotas.
  • Strong phone presence and has the ability to deal with high volume of calls.
  • Excellent verbal and listening communications skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
