Inside Sales Representative Job Summary To actively identify opportunities to introduce the companies\xe2\x80\x99 products, thereby increasing the revenue within each customer\xe2\x80\x99s business portfolio. Normal business hours are Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5 pm. Additional hours as per business requirements- flexibility (including weekends) required with significant time investment during peak periods and when workload necessitates. Responsibilities:
Prospecting new customers who have not conducted business with the company in the past.
Soliciting new business from current customers that are not assigned to other Account Managers.
Develop relationships with assigned customers.
Proactively research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
Meet and exceed Sales targets.
Qualification Profile:
College/ University or equivalent post-Secondary education required.
Account Management and/or Inside Sales experience is mandatory.
3 to 5 years sales experience.
Knowledge and skills:
Track record of over-achieving targets and quotas.
Strong phone presence and has the ability to deal with high volume of calls.
Excellent verbal and listening communications skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
