Reporting to the Senior Divisional Sales Manager, the

Inside Sales Representative

is responsible for proactively selling to existing and new logo customers within a defined geographic territory to drive market penetration and accelerated sales growth.


This position is part of a larger collaborative sales team located in the US and Canada, and will be 100% remote.

In this role, a typical day will look like:



Engaging clients and prospects via phone to identify sales opportunities for immediate closure, funnel placement, or assignment for the development and growth of individual sales territory in alignment with annual quota to aid in territory and key account growth Executing a consultative sales strategy with our internal solution selling methodology, with extensive sales methodology and product training provided Handling technical and application sales questions from customers and providing prompt responses, including quotes, technical advice, and guidance Populating and maintaining the highest standards of data integrity in Salesforce. Collecting and providing constructive feedback to management with the intent of driving continuous improvement of the inside sales process Collaborating with other sellers to continue to improve inside sales prospecting processes Engaging in department key performance indicators (KPIs) through visual management and countermeasures where appropriate Interfacing with the Distribution Sales Team, Regional Sales Team, Technical Support, Business Unit, and Marketing, among other departments, to ensure sales are optimized Contributing to creative promotional programs.

The essential requirements of the job include:



High School Diploma. Bachelor's degree desirable but not required. 2 years of sales experience, progressive tele-sales experience selling products and services in a B2B environment. Proven ability at cross-selling and up-selling; demonstrated experience increasing revenue within existing accounts by broadening and deepening solution placement Knowledge of the operation of water plants and or laboratories, water testing requirements and procedures, and water control regulations that apply to plants is helpful. Strong working knowledge of Salesforce. Bilingual (English-French) is preferred but not required.

Role :




Rattache(e) au Directeur Principal des Ventes Divisionnaires, le/la

Representant(e) Commercial(e) Interne

est responsable de la vente proactive aupres des clients existants et de nouveaux clients dans un territoire geographique defini, afin d'accroitre la penetration du marche et stimuler la croissance des ventes.


Ce poste fait partie d'une equipe de vente collaborative plus large basee aux Etats-Unis et au Canada, et sera

entierement en teletravail

.

Au quotidien, vos missions consisteront a :



Contacter des clients et prospects par telephone pour identifier des opportunites de vente immediates, les qualifier pour le pipeline ou les assigner au developpement du territoire, conformement au quota annuel. Mettre en oeuvre une strategie commerciale consultative en utilisant notre methodologie interne de vente de solutions (formation approfondie fournie). Repondre aux questions techniques et applicatives des clients et fournir rapidement devis, conseils techniques et orientations. Saisir et maintenir des donnees de haute qualite dans Salesforce. Recueillir et transmettre a la direction des retours constructifs pour ameliorer continuellement le processus de vente interne. Collaborer avec d'autres commerciaux afin d'ameliorer les processus de prospection interne. Participer aux indicateurs cles de performance (KPI) du service via la gestion visuelle et la mise en place de contre-mesures lorsque necessaire. Interagir avec l'equipe commerciale Distribution, l'equipe commerciale regionale, le support technique, l'unite commerciale, le marketing et d'autres services pour optimiser les ventes. Contribuer a la creation de programmes promotionnels innovants.

Qualifications essentielles :



Diplome d'etudes secondaires. Un baccalaureat est souhaitable mais pas obligatoire. 2 ans d'experience en vente, idealement en televente progressive de produits et services en environnement B2B. Capacite averee a faire de la vente croisee et de la montee en gamme ; experience demontree dans l'augmentation du chiffre d'affaires au sein de comptes existants en elargissant et approfondissant l'offre de solutions. Connaissance du fonctionnement des usines de traitement de l'eau ou des laboratoires, des exigences et procedures d'analyse de l'eau, et des reglementations applicables -- un atout. Solide maitrise de Salesforce. Bilingue (anglais-francais) souhaite mais non requis.
