Missions and Responsibilities

This job will lead you to build lasting relationships with customers and collaborate on developing business markets. You will have the chance to evolve in an organization where collaboration and customer satisfaction are the core of our business. We are offering a key position for an exceptionally customer-centric individual! As front line customer service in our retail stores, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Listens actively to customers to advise them on products, prices and availability in order to satisfy their needs. Answers technical questions.
  • Receives and processes customer orders (phone, email in, fax, etc)
  • Prepares customer quotes and negotiates pricing.
  • Provides support to the local account executives for back-office activities.
  • Does post-sales follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Organises the display of products in the store
  • Learn new computer systems, enabling you to give accurate information, pricing and quotes for our customers.
  • Work in a clean and organized environment by maintaining our product displays
  • Get to know our customer base at the showroom level, learn about our products and receive mentorship from your colleagues and managers to grow your advancement opportunities!
Competencies and Profile
  • + 1 year in a retail/industrial sales environment
  • Knowledge of welding processes and products is an asset but not mandatory
  • Good knowledge of computer systems and google suite
  • Secondary diploma
  • A positive attitude and customer service focus
  • Forklift experience would be an asset as well, but not required
  • Ability to lift 50lbs and roll cylinders when needed.
  • Being bilingual (french/english) is an asset but not mandatory
