POSITION SUMMARY The Inside Sales Representative position is a challenging, fast-paced job that requires sales skills. You will respond to customer inquiries by phone, mail and email and process product orders. You will be responsible for resolving complaints and requests for refunds, exchanges and adjustments after approval from management. You will provide information on products, prices and delivery times DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Answer incoming phone calls in a timely manner.
• Enter customer orders, suggest purchase of additional products and provide technical assistance to customers if needed.
• Research customer complaints and answer questions; Consult with management for instructions to resolve complaints within 24 hours.
• Make weekly calls to customers to take orders for scheduled deliveries.
• Recommend additional products that may be needed to complete the order and additional items that are needed.
• Develop product knowledge to be able to specify and recommend products to customers.
• Participate in the weekly branch sales meeting.
• Communicates market information to the Customer Service Team and Branch Manager.
• Other related duties may be assigned to meet the needs of the business.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

• Sales experience preferred
• Knowledge of trailer parts or industrial parts distribution would be an asset.
• Computer skills required.
• Autonomous and attentive to details.
• Problem solving skills and excellent customer service skills.
• Anticipate and identify customer needs.
• Must be reliable, responsible, have good judgment.
• Have the ability to work independently with little direct supervision.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Professionalism towards colleagues, customers and suppliers.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
