As a vertically integrated "one-stop shop," we supply and decorate millions of cans every month for some of the most exciting beverage brands in the market. Our team is expanding -- and we're looking for an ambitious Inside Sales Representative to join our Hamilton office.

About the Role

The Inside Sales Representative will support our growing client base by managing existing beverage accounts, building new relationships, and coordinating orders between Sales, Production, and Logistics teams.

This role requires a motivated, detail-oriented individual who can communicate effectively, handle multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with external sales representatives and process all purchase orders ensuring timely production and delivery. Maintain Detailed monthly sales records i.e. Tracking customers purchases by SKUs and ensuring progress towards annual sales targets. Prepare and follow up on quotes, sales orders, and purchase orders. Coordinate with Production, Logistics, and Accounting to ensure timely order processing and delivery. Communicate pricing updates, lead times, and order updates clearly to clients. Support Sales Leadership in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. Assist in resolving customer concerns promptly and professionally. Stay informed on product specifications, new packaging trends, and digital printing capabilities.

Qualifications

2-4 years of experience in inside sales, account management, or customer service -- ideally in packaging, manufacturing, or beverage industries. Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Excellent communication and organizational skills with a customer-first mindset. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, or equivalent). Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-moving environment. Comfortable working with pricing data, product specs, and production timelines.

Pay: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
