Position Overview

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, processing orders, and supporting the outside sales team. A technical or industrial background is an asset, and training will be provided. Some travel may be required occasionally (e.g., trade shows or customer visits), but this is primarily an office-based role.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email Prepare quotations and enter orders Support outside sales with pricing, product information, and lead follow-up Build and maintain customer relationships Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities Develop product knowledge of pumps, valves, fittings, and sanitary process components Input customer information and maintain records in CRM Collaborate with operations, purchasing, and shipping teams to ensure order accuracy

Qualifications

Experience in inside sales, customer service, or account coordination Strong communication and organizational skills Technical aptitude or interest in learning process equipment used in manufacturing Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) CRM experience is an asset Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to travel occasionally if required

Compensation & Benefits
