This is an
on-site inside sales role
focused on relationship-based selling: maintaining existing accounts, reactivating and growing territories, and developing new opportunities through consistent outreach and follow-through.

What you'll do:
Manage a defined B2B territory: maintain relationships, drive reorders, and identify growth opportunities
Proactively contact accounts by phone/email to: confirm needs, recommend products, and schedule follow-ups
Develop new accounts through outbound outreach, lead follow-up, and pipeline management
Educate customers on WonderFil products and make practical, business-friendly recommendations
Present promotions and new product launches in a clear, professional way
Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity in the CRM
Coordinate internally with operations/marketing to support customers and resolve issues
Participate in sales meetings and report on territory activity and results
Work toward monthly/quarterly sales targets and activity expectations
Required qualifications
B2B sales experience (inside sales, account management, or territory sales)
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
Comfortable with phone-based selling and follow-up
Experience using a CRM (tracking activity, notes, follow-ups, pipeline)
High organization and reliability: you plan your day, keep commitments, and close loops
Able to work on-site in Calgary during scheduled hours
Nice-to-have
Experience in quilting, sewing, needlecraft, or selling into specialty retail
Experience working with wholesale customers, reorders, and product launches
