About the Role

We are seeking an entry-level Inside Sales Representative to support our existing B2B clients in the mining industry. This role focuses on client communication, quote preparation, and coordination with internal laboratory teams. It's a great opportunity for someone looking to build a career in B2B sales within a technical, stable industry.

Key Responsibilities

Support existing clients with laboratory testing and analytical service requests Prepare quotes and follow up on client inquiries Coordinate with lab operations to ensure accurate and timely service delivery Maintain client activity and documentation Assist account managers and sales team with ongoing client support Identify opportunities to expand services within current accounts

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in business or science Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply

Required Skills

Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable working in a professional, B2B environment Proficient with basic computer tools (CRM, Microsoft Office) Detail-oriented, dependable, and eager to learn
