On target income (OTI) is composed of your base salary + commission/bonus structure. OTI is a forecast of your potential earnings for the role.

Our client is an established Canadian transportation and logistics solutions provider founded in 1960. They offer a wide selection of transportation services throughout North America, including expedited-over-the-road LTL/TL, transborder, intermodal, private fleet, guaranteed service, temperature-controlled and dangerous goods. Our client covers more than 80 Canadian terminals and over 250 U.S. service centres. As the company grows they are looking to hire an additional Inside Sales Representative to join the team!

About the role: Inside Sales Representative (Acheson, Alberta)
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for securing new customers, introducing new services to existing customers, and managing a current account base. You\xe2\x80\x99ll be provided in-depth training in order to utilize the robust software to prospect new leads and gain new accounts through a variety of methods.

Please note: This is a transitionary position, which will eventually lead to a position in Outside Sales and ongoing career development.

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • College or University graduate
  • Experience or knowledge of the transportation industry would be an advantage, but not a requirement
  • Eager to grow within a fast-paced B2B sales environment
  • You are organized, self-motivated and have adaptability skills
  • You are able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • You must have excellent communication and professional relationship development skills.
  • You must have a driver\xe2\x80\x99s license and be comfortable with local travel to occasionally meet clients face to face
