Position Overview:

Our inside sales channel plays a critical role in converting interest into opportunity - serving walk-in showroom clients, supporting contractor accounts, and managing all inbound sales inquiries with professionalism and urgency.


This role is suited for driven, organized sales professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, value strong systems and process, and take ownership of building long-term customer relationships.

The Role:

o Serve walk-in customers at Durabuilt showrooms and guide them through product options

Manage all incoming sales leads including phone, email, website, and showroom inquiries Support and grow contractor and small trade accounts through quoting, follow-ups, and relationship management Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate window and door solutions Prepare quotes, proposals, and documentation using CRM and quoting tools Proactively follow up on open opportunities to drive timely decisions Build and maintain a personal book of business through repeat customers and referrals Collaborate with outside sales, installation, service, and scheduling teams to ensure a smooth customer experience

What Success Looks Like:

High conversion rates on inbound and showroom leads Consistent achievement of monthly sales and activity targets Strong responsiveness and follow-up discipline Growing contractor and repeat customer base Accurate, well-managed pipeline in CRM Positive customer feedback and strong internal partnerships

What we are looking for:

o Proven success in inside sales, customer-facing sales, or account management

Comfort selling premium or technical products Strong communication, objection-handling, and closing skills Highly organized with strong time and pipeline management Confident using CRM systems and digital quoting tools Professional, service-oriented approach with walk-in and trade customers

What we Offer:

o Competitive base salary of $50,000 + commission, with potential earnings of $90,000-$150,000+ (no cap)

Your Skills & Background

Post secondary education considered an asset, but not required Relevant sales experience and proven performance are the primary qualifications 2+ years experience in inside sales, B2C sales, or account management. Comfort using Microsoft Office and CRM Systems (Salesforce or similar). Strong follow-up discipline and ability to manage multiple opportunities at once.
