Serving Southwestern Ontario, the candidate is responsible for inside sales of industrial process controls: ball, butterfly, knifegate and solenoid valves, rupture discs, pumps, level controls, flow meters, sensors, and transducers. Generate sales for safety valve testing and valve repair service.

Make and receive calls to customers and suppliers. Provide solutions for customers' needs. Knowledge of Quickbooks and Outlook is a plus. Communication skills and ability to multi-task are essential to this position. 5 to 10 years sales experience required. Salary depending on experience.

Inside Technical Sales Representative required to respond to and generate quotes for current customer's requests. Also generate new customers for safety valve repair.

The ideal candidate will have:

Computer skills - Outlook for emails and Quickbooks to generate Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Packing Slips and to track inventory.

Organizational skills - to keep track of paperwork and projects.

Research skills - read and interpret online brochures to compare and contrast products to match customer's request. Ask relevant questions to decipher customer's needs.

Other roles include shipping and receiving: signing off on shipments, unpacking and matching product against purchase order. Packing product, calling shipping companies to get quotes.

The ideal candidate will be personable with good communication skills to interact with customers and coworkers. Occasionally there are hands-on duties that require mechanical aptitude.

Compensation Details - the offer amount varies based on education, experience, qualifications, and skills.
