Representant principal - Ventes internes

, vous interagirez avec les clients existants afin d'accroitre les ventes des produits et/ou services de l'entreprise. Vous serez responsable de la reception, de la creation et de la vente incitative (up-selling) des commandes, tout en assurant la satisfaction du client et en ajoutant de la valeur a son experience d'achat. Vous gererez un portefeuille de comptes plus importants et complexes, et demontrerez une maitrise complete du processus de vente interne, avec un accent sur les techniques de vente proactives visant a developper ou a elargir le portefeuille actuel de comptes. Vous collaborerez egalement avec les representants des ventes externes afin d'assurer l'atteinte des objectifs.


Responsabilites :
Atteindre et surpasser les indicateurs de performance bases sur les budgets de volume, la rentabilite, la penetration et l'efficacite. Promouvoir les produits et offrir des services a valeur ajoutee. Developper de solides relations d'affaires en faisant croitre les comptes existants et en recherchant de nouvelles opportunites au sein du portefeuille. Etre responsable de la qualification et du developpement des opportunites transmises par le marketing, les ventes externes ou les comptes nationaux. Se tenir informe des nouveaux produits et partager les connaissances sur la concurrence. Fournir a la direction des rapports sur les tendances du secteur, les prix concurrents et les commentaires des clients. Peut agir comme chef d'equipe pour d'autres representants internes (ISRs) concernant les processus, les systemes, les clients, etc.
Qualifications :
Diplome d'etudes secondaires ou equivalent requis; diplome universitaire de premier cycle (baccalaureat) prefere. Possede une connaissance approfondie et une experience significative en vente et en administration des ventes (4 a 5 ans). Solides competences informatiques, incluant la suite Microsoft Office. Niveau eleve et soutenu de competence professionnelle. Capacite a effectuer plusieurs taches simultanement. Capacite a travailler en equipe et a encadrer/coach des collegues. Excellentes competences en communication ecrite et verbale. Capacite a prospecter et a promouvoir des concepts aupres des comptes existants et potentiels. Aptitude a agir pour resoudre des problemes tout en faisant preuve de jugement et de comprehension realiste des enjeux. Capacite a resoudre des problemes difficiles et parfois moderement complexes; adopte une nouvelle perspective en utilisant des solutions existantes et identifie les obstacles cles pour appliquer des competences analytiques a la resolution de situations complexes. Travaille de maniere autonome avec une supervision minimale. Experience en vente dans le domaine electrique ou de la distribution (atout). Capacite a voyager de 0 % a 25 %
As a Senior Representative - Inside Sales, you will interact with existing customers to increase sales of the Company's products and/or services. You will obtain, create, and and up-selling orders, creating customer satisfaction and adding value to the customer's buying experience. You will own a book of larger, more complex accounts and is proficient in all aspects of the inside sales process will a focus on proactive selling techniques to add business or expand current book of accounts. You will also collaborate with outside sales to ensure goals are being met.


Responsibilities:



Meets and exceeds performance measurements based on volume budgets, profitability, penetration, efficiency objectives. Markets products and offers value-added services. Develops strong business relationships in growing existing accounts, prospects for opportunities within account base. Owns, qualifies, and develops opportunities passed from marketing, outside sales, national accounts. Keeps abreast of new products and acquires and shares competitive knowledge. Reports industry trends, competitive pricing and customer feedback to management. May function as the lead for other ISRs with respect to processes, systems, customers, etc.

Qualifications:



High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred Requires in-depth knowledge and experience in Sales and Sales Administration (4-5 years) Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Demonstrated high level of sustained competency as a professional contributor Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously Ability to work in team environment and mentor/coach team members Strong written and verbal communications skills Ability to prospect and market concepts to existing and potential new accounts Ability to take action in solving problems while exhibiting judgment and realistic understanding of issues Ability to solve difficult and sometimes moderately complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions and identifies key barriers/core problems and applies problem-solving skills to resolve complex situations Works independently with minimal supervision Preferred sales experience in electrical or distribution environment Ability to travel 0% - 25%

Compensation Details $29.05 - $37.76 Per Hour

This amount is what we reasonably believe we will pay for the position; however, offer amounts may vary based on factors such as geographic location, relevant education, experience, qualifications, skills, shift, or any collective bargaining agreements.



For eligible positions, compensation may include participation in a bonus or sales incentive plan, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plan documents. For certain sales roles, Wesco also offers a commission structure that provides additional compensation based on sales results, as defined by the applicable commission plan. Depending on the role, equity and other forms of compensation may also be provided as part of the total compensation package.
