Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic
Inside Sales / Operations Manager
to oversee our inside sales and operational activities at our Mississauga, Ontario location. The ideal candidate will have
at least 10 years of experience in the pump industry
, with a strong background in
centrifugal ANSI process pumps, end suction pumps
, and related products. This role combines sales management, operations coordination, and customer relationship development to support our continued growth in Canada and abroad.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage inside sales operations, ensuring timely preparation of quotations, proposals, and order processing.
Oversee day-to-day operations including order execution, production scheduling, and delivery coordination.
Collaborate with the outside sales team to develop strategies for market growth and customer acquisition.
Maintain strong technical knowledge of ANSI process pumps, end suction pumps, and other industrial pump products to effectively support customers and internal teams.
Supervise and mentor inside sales and operations staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to company processes.
Liaise with vendors, logistics partners, and service teams to ensure smooth supply chain and customer support.
Monitor KPIs such as order accuracy, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction to drive continuous improvement.
Provide regular reporting to senior management on sales performance, operational efficiency, and market trends.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry best practices.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum
10 years' experience
in a similar role within the pump industry (preferably centrifugal ANSI process pumps, end suction pumps, and related equipment).
Strong understanding of pump design, applications, and technical specifications.
Proven track record in inside sales, order management, and operations coordination.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, and field sales teams.
Proficiency in ERP/CRM systems and MS Office Suite.
Post-secondary education in Mechanical Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
