Job Summary


Micrylium is an industry leading provider of Infection Control solutions (sprays, wipes and liquids). We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging with existing & potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. This role requires excellent communication skills and a strong ability to build relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Duties



Customer Contact: Calling Medical & Dental offices, Beauty, Tattoo Studios, Institutions and other customers to present Micrylium's Eco-Friendly Infection Control solution product line. Provide product details, promotions, samples and literature as needed. Lead Generation: Using and sourcing various customer association lists, create a Lead list to work from and keep updated as changes are made. Warm Calls: Follow up with existing customers to offer promotions, details on new products and expand the products the customer is using. Answer all questions the customer may have on the products, science and how to use the products. Dealer Interactions: Be the main point of contact for all B2B dealer customers. Work with them to build sales plans for the year and set targets as well as training and education for their sales teams and customers Trade-show: Participate at tradeshows, as required, to promote the product line, meet with customers and develop sales plans and scope out the competition. Provide product demonstrations as required. IPAC Education: Provide IPAC (Infection Prevention and Control) education to customers as an added value service. Work towards PACE accreditation to be able to provide Continuing Education Points for healthcare customers for seminar/webinars hosted. Webinars: Schedule webinars for customers in group or individually to provide knowledge on proper way to disinfect and provide IPAC level protocol, processes and procedures Schools and Institutions: Work with schools and other institutions to quote on RFPs to get our products into their cleaning routine and be the preferred product of choice for teachers. Customer Master: Maintain the master list of customers with contact information (ph number, email, social media etc) CRM: Use HubSpot to load in customer data from meetings, discussions and including all follow up and future opportunities Reporting KPI: Keep up to date tracking of sales, sales funnel, leads and other key metrics. Marketing Support: Be a support to Marketing with ideas for product promotions, positioning and pricing Communication: Be the main sales point of communication between customers and the company.

Requirements



3 years of inside sales experience 3-5 years of Medical (nursing etc), Dental, aesthetic, IPAC or healthcare experience IPAC trained (preferred) Working in a healthcare sales environment Knowledge of infection control procedures an asset Marketing experience is an asset Strong analytical skills, Process Orientation, Facilitation Skills Excellent Communication Skills (verbal, written) Bilingual (English & French) an asset Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Pay: $42,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
