As an Inside Sales Junior Representative, you will play a key role in supporting QNAP's B2B and e-commerce sales efforts. This role is ideal for an entry-level candidate passionate about technology and sales, who is eager to develop client relationships, generate leads, and contribute to overall business growth.
Responsibilities
-Assist in identifying and qualifying sales leads through cold calls, emails, and inbound inquiries.
-Support senior sales managers with customer follow-ups, quotations, and CRM data entry.
-Maintain and optimize product listings on online platforms (Amazon, Newegg, etc.).
-Coordinate with logistics and technical support teams to ensure timely delivery and service.
-Monitor sales performance, report on trends, and suggest improvements.
-Help plan and execute promotional campaigns or webinars with the marketing team.
-Stay updated with QNAP products and solutions to provide accurate information to customers
Qualifications
-1-2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or inside sales preferred (new graduates with strong interest are welcome).
-Interest in IT, data storage, networking, or SaaS industries is a plus
-Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (French is an asset).
-Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and e-commerce platforms is a bonus.
-Self-motivated, well-organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
-College or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
