The Inside Sales Coordinator helps optimizing sales within the Lumber and Building Materials department.

Responsibilities:

Demonstrates high standards of customer service Build and maintain business relationships with customers that will result in repeat business Prepares estimates and sales orders for customers Follows up on sales orders and deliveries Continually learns about products and market conditions Support outside sales reps to ensure 100% customer satisfaction Work closely with purchasing and sales contractor desks in each location

Skills and Qualifications:

High School graduation or equivalent. Problem solver who enjoys working in team environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Organized, can manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Experience in customer service is required Knowledge of the building materials industry is a definite asset Microsoft Office skills and willingness to learn new software program Ability to work co-operatively in a fast-paced team environment. Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset

Working relationships

o Reports directly to the Sales Manager, Lumber and Building Materials.
