The Sales Representative will help support and expand the large social media self-serve advertising customer base by demonstrating the value of advertising solutionsCustomer Service Representative Responsibilities
Support and expand our large social media self-serve advertising customer base by demonstrating the value of advertising solutions
Provide pre-and post-sales support for all self-service products via phone, email, and web chat and assist with product implementation and basic tool support Proactively reach clients over the phone and via email to increase the ROI for their advertisements by optimizing their ad performance and increasing their investments
Expected to meet or exceed monthly sales targets and drive higher advertising spend for small and medium-sized businesses Improve client experience by driving optimal and appropriate product adoption and managing a portfolio book of SMB clients with responsibility for growing revenue
Use a variety of tools to be able to properly communicate and drive advertiser businesses to success
Customer Service Representative Qualifications

HS Diploma or GED Min 1-yr customer service (preferably in a call center or sales environment)
High level of professional customer service and sales mindset
Superior written and verbal communication skills
Employment Details
Wage: $20.43/ hour + 1,200 Bonus
12-month contract with a good opportunity for conversion
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Training provided: 6 weeks
