Responsibilities
Outbound & Inbound Calls
: Engage with warm leads provided through marketing channels (no cold calling).
Lead Qualification
: Conduct initial borrower screenings to assess financial goals, credit, and eligibility.
CRM Management
: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update lead statuses in our CRM system.
Collaboration
: Work closely with mortgage advisors and loan processors to ensure a seamless client handoff.
Follow-Up
: Proactively follow up with prospects via phone, email, and text to move them through the sales funnel.
Performance Metrics
: Consistently meet or exceed daily call targets, lead conversion goals, and other KPIs.
Qualifications
1+ years of sales experience
(inside sales, tele-sales, or call center preferred).
Prior experience in
mortgage, real estate, finance, or insurance
is a strong plus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable making 50-100 calls per day.
Tech-savvy and experienced with CRM systems (e.g., Mortgage BOSS).
Highly organized with excellent time management and follow-up skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
