This is a remote, temporary full-time position, with the contract ending on October 31, 2026.The successful candidate will be required to work a rotating schedule for the months of May through September:

  • Week One: 8:00am 5:00pm
  • Week Two: 10am 7:00pm or 11am 8:00pm
Description:
Reporting to the Fuel Sales Supervisor, the Inside Sales Associate will coordinate fuel sales and deliveries while ensuring that the highest level of customer service.Responsibilities:
  • Receive and process aviation fuel orders.
  • Contact existing house accounts to promote EFC products and services.
  • Assist with organizing business development opportunities to support market expansion.
  • Coordinate fuel deliveries to EFC locations and end users.
  • Support sales activities, including pricing, inventory management, sales analysis, and fuel tax/airport levy reconciliations.
  • Responsible for helping to achieve sales targets.
  • Process purchase orders (Pos) and customer orders.
  • Process bulk invoicing and bulk transfers.
  • Provide sales administration support, including drafting letters, memos, sales reports, and sales materials, as well as maintaining organized filing systems.
  • Maintain a tidy and orderly work area exhibiting pride in work performance and contributing to a healthy and safe work environment.
  • Deliver exceptional, courteous, and respectful customer service.
  • Comply with and participate in the Companys Health & Safety and Quality programs and initiatives.
  • Perform any other duties as required.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Completion of post-secondary education in sales and/or aviation is preferred.
  • Previous experience in sales, sales support, or logistics.
  • Understanding of aviation fuels.
  • Knowledge of Transportation of Dangerous Goods regulations is an asset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deal with internal and external customers.
  • Strong telephone customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization and multi-tasking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office suite skills.
  • Must be available for after hours on call sales requests, shared on a rotational basis with team members.
  • Professional, punctual, meticulous, and diligent.
  • Able to work collaboratively as a productive member of the EFC Team.
