Key Responsibilities:



Deal Coordination:

Assist agents in preparing and managing deal paperwork including offer writing, compliance etc.

Smooth Communication:

Be the professional, calm, and polished communicator between clients, realtors, and real estate lawyers.

Transaction Oversight:

Ensure all transaction requirements are completed well ahead of the closing date, ensuring a seamless experience for all involved.

Client-Centric Service:

Manage scheduling, appointments, and other essential tasks with outstanding customer service and attention to detail.

Listings Coordination:

Keep listings up-to-date on appropriate boards to ensure maximum visibility and impact.

Inside Sales & Lead Generation:

Outbound calls to the data-base and convert leads using proven scripts.

Social Media Management:

Oversee and manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring timely posts, engagement with followers, and the creation of a

consistent brand presence

across all platforms.

Content Creation:

Develop and curate engaging content including graphics, photos, videos, and posts to highlight listings, open houses, and real estate tips, keeping the brand top-of-mind for potential clients.

Marketing Campaigns:

Plan, execute, and monitor

digital marketing campaigns

designed to drive traffic, generate leads, and increase brand visibility for agents and listings.

Email Marketing:

Design, schedule, and send out email newsletters, client updates, and market reports to maintain communication with clients, prospects, and leads.

Website Management:

Assist in keeping the team's website updated with new listings, blog posts, and relevant market content. Optimize content for SEO to drive organic traffic.

Ad Campaigns:

Manage paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms like Facebook Ads or Instagram Ads, tracking results and optimizing for the best ROI.

Branding Support:

Ensure all marketing materials, both digital and print (flyers, brochures, listings), align with Keller Williams' branding guidelines and are visually appealing and consistent.

Client Testimonials & Reviews:

Collect and showcase positive client feedback through various platforms, highlighting success stories and building the brand's reputation online.

Market Research & Trends:

Stay up-to-date with the latest social media and digital marketing trends, suggesting and implementing new strategies to enhance visibility and engagement.

Photography & Video Support:

Assist in organizing and creating visual content, such as property photos or video tours, for use in listings, social media, and promotional materials.

What We're Looking For:



MS Office Proficiency:

You're comfortable navigating essential software tools to stay organized and efficient, and you're capable of managing various digital platforms seamlessly.

Strong Administrative & Marketing Skills:

You have solid administrative experience, but you're also passionate about

social media

and

digital marketing

, with the ability to create engaging content and manage online campaigns effectively.

Real Estate Experience:

Previous experience in the real estate industry is a

plus

, but we're also open to training the right candidate who's eager to learn and grow in this exciting field.

Creative Content Creation:

You're a

creative thinker

, comfortable creating compelling content for social media, email marketing, and website updates, ensuring the company's branding stays fresh and impactful.

Social Media Savvy:

You're a

who knows how to engage audiences on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, and understands how to create and manage

paid advertising

campaigns to drive leads.

Eye for Design:

You have an eye for

visual content

, able to produce or coordinate high-quality photos, videos, and graphics that help our listings stand out and attract attention online.

Strong Communication Skills:

Whether it's crafting compelling posts, responding to client inquiries, or collaborating with team members, you communicate with clarity, professionalism, and enthusiasm.

Marketing & SEO Knowledge:

You understand the importance of

SEO optimization

and know how to implement strategies to increase online visibility and engagement across digital channels.

Attention to Detail:

You are meticulous when managing schedules, tracking campaigns, and ensuring that all marketing materials are accurate, on-brand, and delivered on time.

Proactive & Resourceful:

High School Diploma:
