You'll be responsible for prospecting new leads, making cold calls, building relationships with potential clients, and improving our lead conversion rate. Responsibilities: o Hunt, manage, and qualify inbound sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments so agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently o Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone calls, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate real estate qualified leads o Create and maintain a database of prospective and past clients to ensure organized and current information on all leads o Expand our client base by identifying business opportunities in target regions Qualifications: o Excellent spoken English is required, with clear, neutral pronunciation suitable for high-stakes client and investor conversations. o Proven hunter mindset -- comfortable with high-volume outreach, rejection, and performance-based targets o Strong real estate or sales experience, with the ability to qualify leads, handle objections, and move deals forward o Highly disciplined and organized, with consistent CRM usage and follow-up habits o Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills About Company: Briarstone Group is a multi-family residential builder & project manager committed to raising the standard of modern living.
