ANature's Own Cosmetics Company is a leading innovator in the cosmetics industry, specializing in premium skincare and makeup products. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team. If you have a strong background in cosmetic sales, especially with experience at Sephora or MAC, and you're passionate about helping brands expand their reach, we want to hear from you.

Position Overview:



As a Sales Account Manager at Nature's Own Cosmetics Company, you will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing relationships with established and emerging cosmetic brands. Your primary responsibilities will include understanding the unique needs of our clients, conducting effective needs analysis, and leveraging your sales expertise to help brands achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:



Collaborate with existing and potential brand partners to assess their product and market needs. B2B Provide product knowledge and insights to clients, helping them make informed decisions. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets. Attend and represent Nature's Own Cosmetics Company at trade shows across Canada and the United States (approximately 12 times a year). Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Communicate with customers around the world via phone, email, skype, whats app Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities. Provide timely and accurate sales reports and forecasts.

Qualifications:



Minimum of 2 years of experience in cosmetic sales. Previous experience working at Sephora or MAC is highly preferred. Strong understanding of needs analysis and the ability to extract customer requirements effectively. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Willingness to travel approximately 12 times a year. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus. Must have intermediate to advance computer skills

Duties:

- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Identify business development opportunities and generate leads
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify potential growth areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop sales strategies and meet revenue targets
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
- Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries or concerns in a timely manner
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track sales activities, manage client information, and generate reports

Requirements:

- Proven experience in sales or account management role
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities
- Proven ability to negotiate contracts and pricing agreements
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
