Position Summary

Instrumental in driving roofing sales by managing relationships with professional building customers, understanding their project needs, and providing tailored roofing materials solutions. Your role will involve effective communication, collaboration with external partners, and achieving sales targets. The shifts are Monday - Friday and the salary range is $50,000 - $ 58,240 annually.

Key Responsibilities

Provide superior customer service. Project quotes, enter delivery orders, place special orders, & assist in purchasing. Build strong customer relationships through reliable call backs, follow up on deliveries and quotes, and project timeline to forecast material needs. Follow up on potential new business leads to grow your business. Be a source of knowledge and willing to learn about new building materials. Participate in quarterly inventory counts. Take pride in your work environment keeping your work area clean and presentable. Respect and obey safety policies and procedures. All other duties as directed by management.

Skills and Qualifications

A broad knowledge of roofing and building supplies is necessary. Building Code and best building practices knowledge an asset. Competitive spirit and results driven. Computer Skills - Microsoft Office - Outlook - Excel Able to multi-task and prioritize. Self-motivated and detail orientated. A positive can-do attitude is essential.
