Inside B2B Sales Support Representative

We are seeking a full-time, dynamic, and experienced

Inside Sales Support Representative

to join our team at our head office in Shawnigan Lake, BC. In this role, you will provide critical support to our sales team by managing client relationships, prospecting, and driving sales growth--primarily through phone communication (50% of the role). You will report to the Sales Manager and act as a key liaison between customers, sales reps, and distributors.

What You Will Do:

Proactively reach out to existing and prospective clients via phone to nurture relationships and identify sales opportunities. Support the sales team by preparing quotes, following up on leads, setting call-back dates, and providing exceptional customer service. Educate B2B clients on our products and programs, highlighting how they can benefit their business. Maintain accurate customer records and update information in our Zoho CRM database. Collaborate with sales reps to develop strategies for maximizing growth and achieving sales targets. Actively listen to customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their goals.

What You Should Already Have:

Must live on Vancouver Island and not far from our location in Shawnigan Lake Excellent phone skills with a clear, professional voice and strong listening abilities. Own car and driver's license due to our location Proven experience in customer service, sales support, or a similar role. Familiarity with QuickBooks, customer database software such as Zoho and Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Excel and others). A results-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Self-motivation and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
