What You'll Do:
Manage customer and territory P&L, demonstrating critical thinking skills to successfully grow and maintain profitability.
Generate new business through inbound and outbound calling.
Coordinate with the field sales team to respond to RFPs, provide proposals, and deliver QBR presentations.
Identify business growth opportunities through research and execute growth plans for the sales territory.
Build and maintain detailed account profiles for each customer, identifying opportunities to offer additional TD SYNNEX solutions.
Identify potential issues and challenges, providing timely visibility to the Inside Account Executive/Sr. Inside Account Executive.
Develop written documentation and procedures for assigned sales accounts, delegating repetitive tasks to internal support teams.
Travel and attend TD SYNNEX and industry events as necessary.
Collaborate with sales support to ensure quotes and orders are processed accurately and promptly.
Develop and maintain relationships at all levels with customers.
Understand TD SYNNEX's strategy and initiatives, providing value propositions to the customer base.
Use project management skills to complete customer requests.
What We're Looking For:
1-3 years of IT sales experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education.
High school diploma required.
Ability to execute instructions and seek clarification when needed.
Strong data entry skills.
Demonstrated complex problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
Clear and effective communication skills.
Proficiency in English and other local/regional languages.
Skilled in negotiation and persuasive promotion/selling of ideas.
Strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion.
Adaptability to change and ability to work under stress and pressure.
Commitment to maintaining and promoting social, ethical, and organizational standards.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Effective multi-tasking abilities.

Annual compensation offered will be based on several variables including geographic location, work experience, education and skills/ achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer. Hiring Salary Range:
$ 62,100.00 - $ 77,400.00

Ce que nous recherchons :
1 a 3 ans d'experience en vente IT, ou une combinaison equivalente d'experience pertinente et d'education.
Diplome d'etudes secondaires requis.
