This role provides the opportunity to develop coaching, strategic thinking and senior stakeholder management capabilities. It is also an entrepreneurial role requiring the creativity and attitude of a start-up, and an urgency to drive change in an area of the business that is fast evolving. You will have a driver\xe2\x80\x99s seat in shaping how we engage with customers virtually in this new normal. Customer facing responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of CSO Sales professionals to deliver to vendor commitment, in alignment with GSK requirements
  • Drive performance, ensure accountability to results of designated promoted brands
  • Manage relationship with third party vendor to ensure compliance to all Canadian and GSK laws and policies
  • Translate strategy into action and align strategy with goal-setting, execution and performance measurement
  • Work with Business Units, Marketing and Sales Teams to determine strategic and tactical priorities for the Virtual Sales Team

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree
  • 5 years of relevant business experience
  • 2 years of solid people management skills and/or coaching experience
  • Exceptional leadership skills and teamwork abilities with cross functional partners
  • Inspiring business acumen demonstrated by the ability to set a vision, develop and execute a comprehensive, innovative and strategic plan
  • Strong track record of delivering results in a quick-changing and high-energy environment, while effectively managing competing priorities
