Great opportunity with our west end client! They are looking for an Innovation Advisor to join their innovation & operations team. You will be reporting to the Chief of Staff, Operations, and be responsible for developing new revenue streams and sources making current marketing offerings stronger.

This opportunity can be fully remote or hybrid.

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and develop new revenue streams and product opportunities through brainstorming, market trend research, etc.
• Have a good understanding of the current trends in the consumer behaviour, insights, research, technology and business models
• Create business and product plans to outline ideas for consideration including financial evaluation, competitive landscape, growth opportunity, scale and risk
• Compare, monitor, prioritize and operate with an innovation portfolio to ensure resources are deployed on best opportunities
• Maintain a portfolio through defined stages to determine market viability
• Present ideas and opportunities to senior level executives for evaluation

• Post-secondary education in business, marketing, or related program is preferred
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Understanding of product management, marketing strategy and financial management
• Experience working in consulting or start up environment an asset
• Excellent presentation skills and able to articulate ideas, thoughts and solutions to all levels of the organizations
• Working collaboratively and cross-functionally
