Position Overview

As an Industrial Inkjet Technician, you'll be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of continuous inkjet (CIJ), thermal inkjet (TIJ), and high-resolution inkjet systems. You'll work directly with our manufacturing clients across Canada, ensuring their marking systems perform reliably and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Install and commission industrial inkjet printers at customer sites

Perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs on CIJ, TIJ, or high-resolution systems Provide technical training and on-site support to operators and maintenance teams Troubleshoot and resolve electrical, mechanical, and software-related issues Maintain accurate service records and communicate effectively with the service team Support the sales team with technical advice when required

What You Bring

3+ years of experience servicing industrial inkjet systems (Domino, Videojet, Markem-Imaje, Linx, or similar) Strong diagnostic and hands-on repair skills Ability to read technical schematics and operate diagnostic tools Excellent communication and customer service skills Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout Ontario Experience working independently in customer-facing environments

Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
