WH Kingsmill Ltd is a leading manufacturer and distributor of air pollution control powders, and wear parts. We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our dynamic team and drive sales growth within the steel mill, foundry, and industrial sectors.

As our Inhouse Sales Coordinator you will be responsible for generating new business and managing existing accounts through proactive sales efforts. Your primary focus will be on cold calling and developing relationships with key decision-makers.
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound cold calls to identify and qualify potential customers.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
Present and promote our products/services to potential customers, effectively communicating their value proposition.
Manage sales accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Achieve and exceed sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM.
Provide weekly sales reports and updates to management.
Adapt to occasional evening work as needed to accommodate international customer schedules.
Lead weekly sales team meetings with all sales staff to provide updates.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, specifically making cold calls and managing accounts.
Strong understanding of industrial sales processes and techniques.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
Able to lead weekly sales team meetings
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Hours:
Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Occasional evening work as required to engage with international customers.
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rate plus opportunities for commission.
