We are seeking a dedicated and professional tutor to teach English and Mathematics to students from Grades 1 to 12. Lessons will be conducted at students' homes, primarily in the Markham area. This position is ideal for teachers who are passionate about education, enjoy working with children and teenagers, and are committed to long-term collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one or small-group tutoring in English and Mathematics according to the Ontario curriculum. Travel to students' homes for lessons (primarily in Markham). Prepare personalized lesson plans and teaching materials. Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents. Create a positive and engaging learning environment.
Requirements:

Teaching experience with students in Grades 1-12. Strong proficiency in English and Mathematics. Access to a reliable vehicle for transportation. Availability Monday to Friday after 4:00 PM and on weekends. Preference given to current school teachers living in Markham. Professional, punctual, and committed to long-term cooperation.
