Responsibilities:

Develop strong in-depth knowledge of promoted products, competitors, physiology, and applicable medical literature in order to position our products as appropriate solutions.

Cultivate relationships with a wide range of decision-makers, targeted customers, and key opinion leaders.

Ensure positive customer relationships are maintained and customer satisfaction is achieved.

Participate in and provide support to trade shows, sales meetings, and other sales-related functions as requested and/or defined by management (some weekends).

Communicate and report activities, itineraries, sales strategies, and program developments as defined by management.

Meet and/or exceed the annual sales plan, year-over-year growth targets, and call activity metrics, as defined by management.

Travel and meet with customers in Ontario, Manitoba, and Saskatchewan provinces, maintaining effective use of travel and expenses as defined by management and in accordance with Corporate Travel and Expense policies.

Qualifications:

Master\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Speech Language Pathology (preferred); or bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or equivalent, including Life Sciences concentration, SLP.

Minimum of 3 years of clinical voice restoration experience or related experience (preferred).

Must be fluent in written and spoken English; Canadian French fluency a plus.

Extremely punctual, reliable, and organized.

Relate well with customers; is empathetic to customers with speech deficits.

Multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively with minimal supervision.

Work independently and as a member of a cross-functional team.

Excellent verbal & written communication skills.

Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email.

Self-motivated to problem solve; during troubleshooting works effortlessly with the customer while obtaining information.

Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with co-workers and customers.

Learn, apply, and easily discuss disease state and product attributes with customers.

Apply strategic thought, planning, and execution to maximize sales opportunities within key accounts.

Adapt selling approach with multiple specialties and customer segments.

Utilize computer software and technology enabled sales resources for planning, forecasting, reviewing sales activity, researching data, supporting sales calls, and medical education presentations.

70% Travel Required, 3 out of 4 weeks of the month to customers in Ontario, Manitoba, and Saskatchewan provinces.

Resides in Ontario province, Greater Toronto Area preferred to easily access air and ground transportation.
