PLC / Vision Systems Programmer - Industrial Automation
Location: Longueuil, QC
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday (weekends as needed)
Salary: $70,000 to $104,000 annually ($30-$50/hour), depending on experience

Candidate Profile
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
College diploma (DEC) or Bachelor's degree in engineering
Solid experience in PLC programming and electrical design
Knowledge of CSA standards and vision systems (an asset)
Ability to manage client-facing projects
Skilled in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks)
Experience with platforms such as Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider
Valid driver's license and Canadian citizenship
Flexibility for variable hours and occasional U.S. travel
Key Responsibilities
Program PLCs and configure vision systems
Perform wiring, commissioning, and troubleshooting
Assist in equipment design and optimization
Provide technical support and training to clients
Create technical drawings using CAD tools
Ensure compliance with safety and CSA standards
