Vous avez une experience en gestion de projets, vous avez travaille dans le domaine des infrastructures et du batiment et vous souhaitez evoluer et developper de nouvelles competences? Ce poste est pour vous !


Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche d'un(e) ingenieur (e) Charge de projets amenagements, infrastructures et batiments pour rejoindre notre equipe Installations basee a Mirabel (Quebec, Canada), ou vous aurez a rencontrer differents clients internes (departement de la maintenance, methode, logistique, transport et autres) afin de comprendre et identifier leurs besoins.


Vous ferez partie de l'equipe genie usine chargee d'effectuer des amenagements/reamenagements d'usine ainsi que d'effectuer des modifications ou ajouts aux differents batiments et infrastructures.


L'organisation de l'equipe est etablie de maniere a promouvoir la collaboration transversale de maniere autonome, en se soutenant mutuellement et en apprenant collectivement.


Votre role en tant que Charge de Projets sera de prendre en charge la planification de projets et la realisation de ceux-ci, ceci a l'interieur des couts, delais et qualite identifies.

Vos defis:

Definir budget et echeancier; Batir les appels d'offres necessaires a l'emploi de professionnel (ingenieurs, architecte ou autres) necessaire aux projets; Batir les appels d'offres necessaires a l'emploi des entrepreneurs necessaire aux projets; Analyser les soumissions; Participer a l'adjudication des contrats; Effectuer le suivi des projets et effectuer les ajustements requis afin de rencontrer les differents jalons; Livrer les projets en temps, budget et qualite desires.

Votre profil:

Vous detenez un baccalaureat en genie mecanique, electrique ou en genie de la construction dans une universite reconnue; Membre de l'Ordre des Ingenieurs du Quebec (OIQ) (atout); Vous avez 5 a 10 ans d'experience pertinente en gestion de projets; Vous avez d'excellentes competences d'organisation et de planification; Vous avez une maitrise du francais et de l'anglais tant a l'ecrit qu'au parle; Vous avez une tres bonne habilete de communication; Vous possedez un bon jugement et vous travaillez bien dans une equipe multidisciplinaire.

The A220 commercial aircraft program is looking for an engineer project manager for plant improvements, infrastructure, and buildings to join our Facilities team based in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada), where you will meet with various internal clients (maintenance, methods, logistics, transportation, and other departments) in order to understand and identify their needs.


You will be part of the plant engineering team responsible for carrying out plant renovations/refurbishments and to make modifications or additions to various buildings and infrastructure.


The team organization is established to promote cross-collaboration autonomously, supporting each other and learning collectively.


Your role as Project Manager will be to take charge of project planning and implementation, within the specified budget, deadlines, and quality standards.

Your challenges:

Define budget and schedule; Build the calls for tenders necessary for the employment of professionals (engineers, architects, or others) required for projects; Build the calls for tenders necessary for the employment of contractors required for projects; Analyze submissions;Participate in the awarding of contracts; Follow up on projects and make the required adjustments to meet the various milestones; Deliver projects on time, within budget, and at the desired quality.

Your boarding pass:

You hold a bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or construction engineering from a recognized university; Member of the Ordre des Ingenieurs du Quebec(OIQ) (an asset); You have 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in project management; You have excellent organizational and planning skills; You have a strong command of both written and spoken French and English; You have excellent communication skills; You possess good judgment and work well in a multidisciplinary team.
