Progesys est \xc3\xa0 la recherche d\'un ing\xc3\xa9nieur de propositions pour soutenir nos \xc3\xa9quipes de projet \xc3\xa0 l\'interne, au Canada et \xc3\xa0 l\'\xc3\xa9tranger, dans une vari\xc3\xa9t\xc3\xa9 de secteurs d\'activit\xc3\xa9 : mines et m\xc3\xa9taux, \xc3\xa9nergie, infrastructure, p\xc3\xa9trochimie, p\xc3\xa2tes \xc3\xa0 papier, aluminium, fertilisants, etc. Nos \xc3\xa9quipes sont sp\xc3\xa9cialis\xc3\xa9s dans la gestion de projet, la gestion de la construction et la mise en service.

En tant que ing\xc3\xa9nieur des propositions, votre r\xc3\xb4le principal sera de prendre en charge les projets internes tels que les offres de service, les normes de qualit\xc3\xa9 et de sant\xc3\xa9 et s\xc3\xa9curit\xc3\xa9, ainsi que la standardisation et mise \xc3\xa0 jour des outils internes dans le syst\xc3\xa8me informatique, lesquels permettront d\'assurer une gestion de projet \xc3\xa0 la hauteur des attentes de nos clients. Une grande partie de votre travail touchera donc la r\xc3\xa9daction et la mise \xc3\xa0 jour de documents, en anglais et en fran\xc3\xa7ais : propositions, guides, gabarits, proc\xc3\xa9dures, processus, politiques, etc.

Qualifications requises :

• Baccalaur\xc3\xa9at en g\xc3\xa9nie
• Entre 10 et 15 ans d\'exp\xc3\xa9rience dans un r\xc3\xb4le similaire
• Au moins 5 ans d\'exp\xc3\xa9rience en gestion de projets industriels
• Au moins 2 ans d\'exp\xc3\xa9rience sur le chantier
• Exp\xc3\xa9rience en r\xc3\xa9daction de manuels, proc\xc3\xa9dures et autres documents de projet
• Bilinguisme essentiel : fran\xc3\xa7ais et anglais (\xc3\xa9crit et parl\xc3\xa9) (le bilinguisme est requis pour cette position puisque l\'employ\xc3\xa9 devra communiquer avec des parties prenantes ne parlant pas le fran\xc3\xa7ais)
• Un certificat PMP est un atout

Progesys is looking for a proposals engineer to support our internal project teams, in Canada and abroad, in a variety of activity sectors: mines and metals, energy, infrastructure, petrochemicals, pulp paper, aluminum, fertilizers, etc. Our teams are specialized in project management, construction management and commissioning.

As a proposals engineer, your main role will be to take charge of internal projects such as service offers, quality and health and safety standards, as well as the standardization and updating of internal tools in the IT system, which will ensure project management up to the expectations of our customers. A large part of your work will therefore relate to the writing and updating of documents, in English and in French: proposals, guides, templates, procedures, processes, policies, etc.

Qualifications required:

• Bachelor of Engineering
• Between 10 and 15 years of experience in a similar role
• At least 5 years of experience in industrial project management
• At least 2 years of experience on the site
• Experience writing manuals, procedures and other project documents
• Essential bilingualism: French and English (written and spoken) (bilingualism is required for this position as the employee will be communicating with non-French speaking stakeholders)
• Having a PMP certificate is preferred.
