Actalent est \xc3\xa0 la recherche d\'un Ingenieur de Fiabiliste pour notre client dans l\'industrie a\xc3\xa9ronautique pour une opportunit\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 long terme dans la r\xc3\xa9gion de Rive Nord.

Description:

• Analyser la performance des \xc3\xa9quipements \xc3\xa0 l\xe2\x80\x99aide des outils LEAN MANUFACTURING 5P, GST, AMDEC, FMEA etc. par les r\xc3\xa9sultats de production et l\xe2\x80\x99historique de la GMAO;
• Identifier pour les pannes, la non-qualit\xc3\xa9 et les opportunit\xc3\xa9s \xc3\xa9conomiques, les causes, \xc3\xa9valuer et quantifier les impacts;
• Identifier les actions maintenance \xc3\xa0 r\xc3\xa9aliser dans le cadre des nouveaux projets, \xc3\xa9valuer et quantifier les impacts;
• Proposer des activit\xc3\xa9s de fiabilit\xc3\xa9 et de d\xc3\xa9veloppement en ligne avec les priorit\xc3\xa9s et les gains potentiels \xc3\xa9tablis;
• Proposer de nouvelles technologies pour le remplacement des composants obsol\xc3\xa8tes.
• D\xc3\xa9finir et optimiser le plan PM et la gamme technique des \xc3\xa9quipements et syst\xc3\xa8mes;
• G\xc3\xa9rer le plan d\xe2\x80\x99action Fiabilit\xc3\xa9 dans la GMAO afin d\xe2\x80\x99assurer la r\xc3\xa9alisation des activit\xc3\xa9s dans les d\xc3\xa9lais;
• Participer au processus de planification maintenance afin d\xe2\x80\x99assurer l\xe2\x80\x99engagement de l\xe2\x80\x99ensemble de l\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9quipe maintenance dans la r\xc3\xa9alisation du plan d\xe2\x80\x99action fiabilit\xc3\xa9;
• Participer \xc3\xa0 la r\xc3\xa9alisation des activit\xc3\xa9s \xc3\xa0 diff\xc3\xa9rents niveaux;
• Participer au plan d\xe2\x80\x99action maintenance des arr\xc3\xaats semestriels (Shutdown \xc3\xa9t\xc3\xa9/hiver);
• \xc3\x89valuer la mise en magasin de l\'inventaire des pi\xc3\xa8ces d\xc3\xa9tach\xc3\xa9es;
• R\xc3\xa9aliser/r\xc3\xa9viser les cahiers de charge et participer aux appels d\xe2\x80\x99offres;
• Effectuer une revue mensuelle avec l\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9quipe technique (rencontre MFT) et discussion des diff\xc3\xa9rents \xc3\xa9v\xc3\xa9nements de d\xc3\xa9faillance survenus durant le mois, l\xe2\x80\x99identification des causes et solutions retenues.

Qualifications:

• Minimum de 2 ans dans un poste d\xe2\x80\x99ing\xc3\xa9nierie technique/industrielle ou fiabilit\xc3\xa9 maintenance, ou une exp\xc3\xa9rience significative en maintenance jumel\xc3\xa9e \xc3\xa0 une formation/exp\xc3\xa9rience en fiabilit\xc3\xa9;
• Connaissance pratique des programmes de maintenance pr\xc3\xa9ventive et d\xe2\x80\x99am\xc3\xa9lioration de la fiabilit\xc3\xa9, y compris l\xe2\x80\x99analyse des causes racines des pannes;
• Exp\xc3\xa9rience dans le d\xc3\xa9pannage des syst\xc3\xa8mes m\xc3\xa9caniques, la conception g\xc3\xa9n\xc3\xa9rale de la machine, les calculs d\xe2\x80\x99ing\xc3\xa9nierie;
• Vous ma\xc3\xaetrisez la r\xc3\xa9solution de probl\xc3\xa8mes et \xc3\xaates ax\xc3\xa9 sur les r\xc3\xa9sultats;

Actalent is looking for an Reliability Engineer for our client in the aerospace industry for a long term opportunity in the North Shore area.

Description:

• Analyze equipment performance using LEAN MANUFACTURING 5P, GST, AMDEC, FMEA etc. tools. by the production results and the history of the CMMS;
• Identify for breakdowns, non-quality and economic opportunities, the causes, evaluate and quantify the impacts;
• Identify the maintenance actions to be carried out within the framework of new projects, evaluate and quantify the impacts;
• Propose reliability and development activities in line with established priorities and potential gains;
• Propose new technologies for the replacement of obsolete components.
• Define and optimize the PM plan and the technical range of equipment and systems;
• Manage the Reliability action plan in the CMMS to ensure that activities are carried out on time;
• Participate in the maintenance planning process to ensure the commitment of the entire maintenance team in carrying out the reliability action plan;
• Participate in carrying out activities at different levels;
• Participate in the maintenance action plan for semi-annual shutdowns (summer/winter shutdown);
• Evaluate the stocking of spare parts inventory;
• Produce/revise specifications and participate in calls for tenders;
• Conduct a monthly review with the technical team (MFT meeting) and discussion of the various failure events that occurred during the month, identification of the causes and solutions adopted.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years in a technical/industrial engineering or maintenance reliability position, or significant experience in maintenance combined with training/experience in reliability;
• Working knowledge of preventive maintenance and reliability improvement programs, including root cause analysis of failures;
• Experience in troubleshooting mechanical systems, general machine design, engineering calculations;
• You master problem solving and are results-oriented;
