Role and Responsibilities
This position is for an M365 / Azure Engineer I with 1 - 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience working with M365 components and Active Directory to manage/support ~3,500 accounts/clients. The candidate will work as part of the AXIS BTS team under the direction of the AD & Messaging Tower Lead. This position will work with AXIS internal and external business partners, IT organization, and multiple outsourcing providers to effectively deliver infrastructure services and operational assurances in this functional area through the planning and management of:
o Build and maintain productive relationships within AXIS, the Infrastructure Technology Outsourcing (ITO) supplier, and other suppliers to enable the objectives of their towers to be fully realized.
o Support the achievement of service levels and metrics-based performance in collaboration with the Outsourcing Suppliers
o Tracking, and oversight of day-to-day operations
o Promptly respond and resolve inquiries and escalations. Ensure systemic issues are identified and remedial actions are taken to prevent future occurrences.
o Ensures adherence to enterprise IT policies and procedures
o Escalations related to incident management and service requests
o Adherence to AXIS policies, procedures, and technical standards
o Provide support for IT and Business project activities
o Performs other duties as assigned
o Works under supervision with independent judgement including escalations when necessary.
o Work outside of regular hours may be required
Technology Specific Job Responsibilities:
o Working knowledge skills in Active Directory, and Azure
o Strong knowledge of Excel
