We are seeking an Information Technology Student for our BC Region district, within our Canadian Buildings Division that is available for 4 months starting in May 2023. This position will be under the direct supervisor of the Team Lead, Construction Technology.
Here\'s how an Information Technology Student for our BC Region office contributes to our team:

Responsibilities

• Providing tier 1 (phone) and 2 (in person) support to district \xe2\x80\x93 both in the office and various site locations
• Logging IT related support calls
• Handling equipment audits & shipments
• Creating process documentation
• Deployment of hardware
• Assisting Systems & Office Administrators in a variety of other systems related tasks as required

Qualifications

• Knowledge of computers (Microsoft office basic hardware support)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service
• Previous support experience an asset
