Informatica MDM Specialist







We have an exciting opportunity in our Corporate Technology, Innovation and Data department for an

Informatica MDM Specialist.

You will play a vital role in working with various teams across the organization to implement AI solutions, with the goal of elevating both guest and employee experiences.




This role is based in Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, Toronto Corporate Office, reporting to the Manager, MDM. This role involves interactions with internal stakeholders and vendor implementation teams.




What You'll Be Doing



Design, develop, and implement Informatica MDM solutions for mastering B2B account data. Integrate and harmonize data from Salesforce CRM, enterprise data lakes, and hospitality systems. Configure and manage match/merge rules, survivorship logic, and data stewardship workflows. Implement Dun & Bradstreet API integration to enrich account data and identify corporate hierarchies and relationships. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define data mastering rules and governance policies. Coordinate with external vendors and remote development teams to ensure timely delivery and alignment with project goals. Monitor and optimize MDM performance, data quality, and exception handling processes. Support data profiling, cleansing, and validation activities. Document technical designs, data flows, and integration patterns.

Passionate technologist, enjoys working with data and has a proven track record in delivering enterprise-scale MDM solutions. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and in cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams.

Experience, Education And Professional Qualifications / What You Bring



Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. 5+ years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Informatica MDM solutions. Strong experience with B2B account mastering and hierarchical data modeling. Hands-on experience integrating with Salesforce, data lakes, and third-party APIs (preferably D&B). Experience working with external vendors and distributed/remote teams. Extensive experience with cloud-based Data Quality tools and ETL processes, including Informatica Cloud Data Quality (DQ), Cloud Application Integration (CAI), and Cloud Data Integration (CDI). Skilled in profiling, cleansing, standardization, and validation of data, as well as designing scalable ETL workflows to support enterprise data integration and transformation. Solid understanding of data governance, data stewardship, and mastering best practices. Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, and API authentication mechanisms. Strong SQL skills and familiarity with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, Snowflake, MySQL or MariaDB).

Nice to Have



Experience in the hospitality industry or with hospitality systems (e.g., PMS, CRS). Familiarity with Dun & Bradstreet Direct+ API or similar data enrichment services. Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data integration tools. Informatica MDM certification is a plus.

This role will be a Hybrid working model, which will require 3 days per week in the Four Seasons Corporate Office located at 1165 Leslie Street, Toronto, Ontario
