About The Role

We're looking for a

Senior Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Manager

to bring stories to life through creator-led and partner-driven campaigns. As a key member of the marketing team, you'll lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of influencer and affiliate programs across publishers and social platforms like YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and X.

You'll collaborate closely with brand, paid media, and content teams to build scalable campaigns that drive awareness, credibility, and measurable results. If you're passionate about social media, skilled at building strong relationships, highly organized, and excited to grow a creative, high-impact program, this role is a great fit.

Responsibilities

Own and scale influencer and affiliate marketing programs across platforms, focusing on performance-driven partnerships that meet monthly targets for reach, engagement, and conversions. Identify, vet, and build relationships with influencers and affiliate partners who align with the brand and audience. Develop and manage campaigns end-to-end -- from prospecting and outreach, to briefs, negotiations, content review, and reporting. Collaborate with brand and creative teams to ensure messaging is aligned and high-impact. Partner with paid media, content, and lifecycle teams to repurpose creator content across the funnel. Analyze performance to inform future investments and optimize creative, messaging, and partnerships. Stay ahead of platform trends and creator strategies to keep campaigns fresh and effective. Experiment with new formats, categories, platforms, and partners to grow programs in creative and measurable ways.
About You

5+ years of experience in influencer and/or affiliate marketing with a proven track record of building and scaling partnerships that drive measurable business results. Experience managing influencer and affiliate campaigns at scale -- across platforms, verticals, and budgets -- with the ability to adapt strategies for different audiences and goals. Both strategic and hands-on: able to define the big picture while rolling up your sleeves to execute with excellence. Deep familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, and emerging platforms, with a sharp eye for cultural trends and creator potential. Strong communicator and natural relationship-builder who thrives on connecting with creators, internal teams, and external partners. Comfortable with quotas and performance targets -- metrics-driven and energized by exceeding goals. Highly organized, capable of managing multiple complex campaigns at once. Innovative, not afraid to take risks, and skilled at operating at speed and scale. Bonus: Experience in B2B SaaS or fast-growing startup environments.

Pay: $35,500.00-$97,529.25 per year
