Primary Responsibilities
Consulting Services
Support clients in the development, implementation, and maintenance of IPAC programs with a focus on continuous improvement
Lead or support the delivery of onsite and virtual education and training sessions
Conduct client site assessments, audits, and risk/hazard analyses
Investigate incidents and provide written recommendations for resolution
Evaluate program effectiveness and offer strategic improvements
Business Development and Growth
Build and sustain client relationships through exceptional service and support
Identify new opportunities through networking, referrals, and industry participation
Represent IPAC Consulting at conferences, trade shows, and speaking engagements
Serve as a brand ambassador for IPAC Consulting in the healthcare market
Leadership and Internal Collaboration
Contribute to planning and launching new programs aligned with company priorities
Collaborate across departments and contribute to internal innovation
Demonstrate strong time management, organization, and professional judgment
Support a team-oriented culture and contribute to the overall success of IPAC Consulting
Educational Product Development
Participate in the development of educational materials and client-specific training programs
Create and update policies, procedures, and resource content for clients and internal use
Contribute to the ongoing expansion of the company's educational offerings
Requirements
Post-secondary education in a science-related discipline
Certification in Infection Control (CIC or LTC-CIP) -- required per O. Reg. 246/22, s.102(5)(k)* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to educate, coach, and motivate
Strong written communication and analytical thinking skills
Commitment to ongoing professional development
Flexibility and availability for
weekly travel across Canada
, including overnight stays
Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
French language proficiency is an asset
