ANHBC is currently seeking an experienced Infant Toddler Educator who shares ANHBC's values to join our Frog Hollow Neighbourhood House team www.froghollow.bc.ca. We are seeking a highly motivated, passionate, flexible, and compassionate individual to join our dynamic child care team as an
Infant Toddler Educator to work in our Toddler program at Satellite Daycare located at 3260 East Broadway, Vancouver.
About the Position
The Infant Toddler Educator is responsible for the provision of an early learning and care program that fosters a positive, and emergent learning environment with a focus on the social and emotional well being of all children. We are an inclusive, multicultural, dynamic and collaborative child care setting which includes working with other educators to plan and implement a progressive and innovative program inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach, BC Early Learning Framework in concert with the values of FHNH. Other responsibilities include developing strong and collaborative relationships and communication with children, families, and colleagues.

Skills & Qualifications:
Infant Toddler Educator License
Ability to provide programming based on the principles of the Reggio Emilia approach and BC's ELF
Strength in building and maintaining supportive and collaborative partnerships with children of all abilities, families, and colleagues
Creativity, initiative, flexibility, compassion, sense of joy, and enthusiasm
Passion for ongoing professional development and growth
Strong planning, organizational, leadership and communication skills
Hours:
This is a regular full-time position at 35 hours/week, Monday to Friday, rotating shifts, plus occasional evening meetings
Salary & Benefits:
Hourly Salary: $23.91. This position qualifies for the additional $6.00 WE.
