Job Summary


We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher -

Infant & Toddler

to join our team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. As an Infant & Toddler Childhood Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and implementing age-appropriate curriculum while ensuring a safe and engaging classroom atmosphere.

Responsibilities



Develop and implement lesson plans that align with educational standards and cater to the diverse needs of children. Create a warm, welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning. Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff through effective communication. Monitor children's progress and provide feedback to parents regarding their development. Maintain an organized classroom that is conducive to learning, including managing materials and resources effectively. Ensure the safety and well-being of all students at all times. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience for all students. Utilize technology for administrative tasks such as record keeping and lesson planning.

Experience



Previous experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting is preferred. Strong leadership skills to guide and inspire young learners. Excellent time management abilities to balance multiple tasks effectively. Organizational skills to maintain an orderly classroom environment. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, to communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues. Special Needs qualification is a bonus

Must Have



Registered Infant & Toddler Educator Valid Criminal background Valid First Aid

Strong knowledge of infant and toddler developmental stages. Ability to create and maintain a positive, nurturing, and responsive environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Patience and compassion. Ability to use observations to individualize learning experiences and curriculum. Reliability, dedication, and professionalism.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
