Infant Educator - 12-18-month Maternity contract

QUALIFICATIONS

RECE Preferably

SKILLS, ABILITY AND EXPERIENCE

Experience working with children

Fluent in English written and verbal.

Flexible

Positive attitude

Willingness to learn and work in a team setting

Computer literacy skills

Capacity to advocate for children and their families and work with a variety of family dynamics

Acting as a role model for co-workers and students by promoting positive relationships in the work environment and setting professional goals and objectives for the program

Supervision of volunteers and students

SHIFT

Rotating dependent on needs of program. 37.5 hours per week.

WORK WEEK

Monday to Friday

RATE OF PAY

RECE Rate $20.55 per hr (probation period) based on a 7.5 hr day + government grants + health benefits +RECE Renewal payment

Non-RECE Rate $18.36 (probation period) based on a 7.5 hr day + government grants + health benefits

START DATE

January 26th, 2026
